I was only spoken to by a person upon entering the service queue. I was not spoken.to until the cashier asked me to sign forms. The person who got my car and brought it around was bery friendly and ni service queue. I was not spoken.to until the cashier asked me to sign forms. The person who got my car and brought it around was bery friendly and nice, however, he pulled my car up and had me get into it in the rain. Instead of waiting until the covered area was available. IThere were about 10-12 employees in the lobby, and in the 3 hrs I was ther, only saw 2 speaking to customers. The rest were talking among themselves or on their phones (not talking). I will not be bringing my luxury Kia back to this dealership. More
My car is currently at Kia North due to a faulty engine. The engine is being replaced but I am being told I can't get a loaner until you have the ETA of the new engine which is on back order. This is due to Kia's faulty engine. I am spending a lot of money getting back and forth to work in Ubers and I have canceled important doctor appointments due to having no car which is due to NO FAULT OF ME!! I have seen people get loaners for oil changes. I can't go months and months without a car because of Kia's faulty engines. I need a loaner ASAP. I would appreciate all callback. I was told I would be called back. More
Service is fine but the space is crowded and not pleasant for customers to do business in. I am sure the employees would benifit of space. From a customers standpoint the cashiers space was too close togethe for customers to do business in. I am sure the employees would benifit of space. Scheduled for a recall fix, yet they did not have the part. Now have to wait and schedule another appointment once the part comes in....another 2 hrs to wait. Very frustrating.
