There was poor communication when booking my appointment. No information while waiting. I was told it would be two hours it took over 5 hours- for an hour of that time my car was sitting in line to be washed No information while waiting. This happened when I had to come back before after purchasing my car there as well- we bring takes forever with no updates. More
