My experience was not great. First thing they did not honor the advertised sale price from online. They avoided telling me that until I saw it the next day. I became confused when discussing Gap insurance and a extended warranty that was added to my financing. I took it as they were tied together until i saw gap separate on contract. I canceled it the next day, I was supposed to get the form via email, but I never did. Also after my test drive the truck was taken for wash. When got ready to leave after purchase, I saw a Crack in the windshield as I started to pull off. It was not cracked when I drove it. Anyone who had been around that truck had to see the Crack, but no one said anything to me. I feel that I had not recognized the Crack, it would have been alleged that it happened after I left. While I was there getting the windshield replaced the next week, I had to ask for a form to cancel the warranty. I did fill it out and turned it in. I also emailed it to the person listed when I got home. Not sure of the status of it. Generally the staff was very nice. More

Was promised car by that night. It was not. No call no nothing. I called they were already closed. They got a hold of someone and said they would come in early to finish it I g It was not.
