I am very disappointed on the way my vehicle service was handled. My vehicle came out before some other cars but if I don’t ask about my vehicle, I would spent longer time there. All the other vehicles were handled. My vehicle came out before some other cars but if I don’t ask about my vehicle, I would spent longer time there. All the other vehicles were under the bay roof but my vehicle was outside on the rain. They gave me the keys and I had to go jump on the vehicle on the rain. I came to my house and didn’t use the car for two days. I went to use it today and my wife pointed out that the mechanic left something hanging underneath my vehicle. Now I have to waist another day driving to the dealership to find out what was left hanging. I’m not so please with what was done with my vehicle. I have picture to provide if needed. More

I brought it in for regular service. Was told recall work needed to be done. That caused another issue with my car. It was there for exactly one month. Car returned to me absolutely filthy, and large outside parts of my car were stored inside it. Had to leave it a few more days for reassembly and detailing offered by Chuck. I felt more should have been done to compensate me considering how this was all handled. More

Dealing with Julio was fine but the pronosis i had an issue with. Previous maintenance trips and a problem that was noticeable was never addressed by a tech at any time. My daughtera car was purchaaed outside of the Kia family but all oil changes and any maintenance was scheduled through your dealership and not once was there ever any mention of a oil leak or issue with Catalytic Converter.
