And I still don't know why it took 3 hours to complete an oil change when it should have only taken 20 minutes worst experience ever after 3 hours of waiting I had to wait another 20 mins to check out because the paper work wasn't completed properly. I was not contacted when the vehicle was finished. After 4 hours of waiting I finally called and the person on the phone said it's ready for pick-up anytime before close. During the payment process, and upon receiving my keys, I was told that i had a Tire Pressure Sensor indicator and that they filled the tire with air to remedy the issue. This was not indicated on the Summary Report (papers) I received regarding the service and work performed. I must add that in addition to the routine Oil Service, I received a Tire Rotation service. I would imagine that when a ASE or Dealer technicians thoroughly inspects my vehicle, especially when indicated that one has been completed, that something such as a nail in the tire would be seen and I would be contacted promptly, not wait until near close of business and having to find a nail myself as a customer. I would like to state that my Service Rep was nice, professional and respectful. Unfortunately, I will most likely be taking my vehicle to another location. I have been having serious thoughts about just getting another Make vehicle to be honest. More
