I felt the service was good. Wish it didn’t take 2 hours for an oil change though. But the waiting room was dirty. No coffee no snacks. There was water. A freindly rep greeted me at my car Bri. She took my Vin came back and said" 3 MR recalls. 1 we do not have parts for, the other 2 we do but it will be a wait to complete them. I went inside with rep in training, all went well. I left my car. Kia Elizabeth called me at 6:50pm to say my car is READY and I can pick it up. At pick up Elizabeth told me to sign and they would call me once parts came in. She then said they will get my car for me. I asked " what MR part that my car needs ?" After me asking questions and then finally saying " so out of the 3 MR's which was completed?" Elizabeth said "NONE!" I said my car had no work, and she said no, I am sorry we have been busy! She was not rude or anything. . I also washed my car prior to dropping it off. I remember Bri took photos at drop off of my car. I took photos the next day. My car is dirty dirty with in a few hours. I am upset that it is white MUd / sand underneath the car wheel well and on the tires. It looks if they parked car out in the field did no work and called me hours later to say my car is READY. The service advisor, Wensil, was very helpful and courteous. He also helped us get a replacement battery for the key fob.
