Very slow/over booked every time I come. I could not help getting tires off the car. Could not provide new locks-told I don’t know when we will get them. Had to buy from another Kia Dealer I could not help getting tires off the car. Could not provide new locks-told I don’t know when we will get them. Had to buy from another Kia Dealer then go somewhere else (different vendor) to do a tire rotation because the other Kia dealer could not honor the non-national service maintenance agreement. Charging me over $100 to change a light bulb is outrageous. A good portion of those charges were hidden fees like “Miscellaneous fees” and “document and storage fee”. This was the worse experience I ever had. The dealership did not want to cove the he cost of my repair and the warranty company did not cover it. The manager was not nice at all, she walks by me several times and didn’t say anything to me. She heard me complaining about how long I been there, she didn’t even apologize.
