Hello Mark, I had a change holder filled with change prior to dropping off my car for its recall service. Upon leaving my service appointment the change holder was no longer filled to the brim like I left it. There was $2 missing. Obviously it’s not about the amount of money missing, but the fact that I entrusted the staff enough to not remove belongings from my car and feeling violated that the trust was abused. Julio made up for this mishap with his pleasantness, but it was definitely off putting.
