Dealership is always a busy place and usually grumpy customers, being it is my only car I was able to drop off on a Friday and pick it on on a Saturday with all work ordered completed. It's annoying that you have to make an appointment for a recall. Come in the first time and they didn't order the parts 3.5 hour wait. Then you come back to another 3.5. my car was not washed or cleaned inside after service shuttle service ended before my car was done being serviced making me figure out a way to come to the dealership and get my car and nobody contacted shuttle service ended before my car was done being serviced making me figure out a way to come to the dealership and get my car and nobody contacted me before to prepare me the coupons i received in the mail, only worked if i spent $400 on services versus $130 on the services i only needed such as oil change and rotation, jessica was insistent on me getting the $400/15,000 miles service when my car was at 18,000 miles and only needed the oil changed. it felt like a complete upsell and did not appreciate being treated as such. overall poor experience compared to last time. gabriel the manager really took care of me and this time it the feeling wasn't the same.
