The customer service is non-existent. They feel like whatever answer they give for your question should suffice. The DO NOT care about the customer. They only care about getting you off the phone or out of their face. They are quick to say what is NOT their job and what they are NOT legally responsible for. When something happens to your vehicle, it's already an emotional ordeal and they don't make it any easier. I've been going here for years, but the last 2 months have been horrible. It has not always been like this. I get all of my service done here. It's very unfortunate. Recently, I had a major car repair that cost me THOUSANDS of dollars, and they acted as if I was asking them to do me a favor. It took way longer than they said it would take. I could only get updates when I contacted them, and the updates sometimes came days later and/ or after I submitted a 2nd request. I could write so much more, but they have drained me! I'm done. Now I need to find a new repair shop because I REFUSE to give them another dime. Not even for my oil changes! More

On September 25, 2023 I took my 2013 Kia Sorento in for an oil change marti was my service advisor he was very polite to answer all of the question I ask about my vehicle also what I liked about mr marti was that if he did not no an answer to my question he asked another employee it mr foster. Terrible customer service. Sat for over 3 hours for a oil change and Tire rotation. After making a appointment. Then had a rude person on the phone treat me like a kid.
