Service is great except that they did not wash my car as re, Service repair was great , they gave me a ride home and picked me up, lounge service area was great too! They have refreshments like bottled water, hot coffee,, tea, instant hot chocolate that you can make and different kinds of goodies like chips, crackers. , peanuts, cereal bars and they also have popcorn machine.. Also, free WiFi access while waiting for your car at the lounge.The only thing they did not do this time which they normally do was my car did not get washed as requested. Other than that , I love going to KIA for service. They are all friendly! More

Great experience with extended warranty repair! I purchased my Kia Optima in 2009 in AZ. At the time of purchase, I also paid for the extended warranty because I wanted to keep this car a long time. I purchased my Kia Optima in 2009 in AZ. At the time of purchase, I also paid for the extended warranty because I wanted to keep this car a long time. I had 10 yrs or 100,000 miles. I noticed my dash board electronics were not working properly a month ago. I’m not quite at 100k or 10 yrs but getting close. I have moved back to Orlando FL and took my Kia in to have the dash electronics checked out. Everything that was wrong was covered under the extended warranty. The service dept had to order a couple parts for replacement. It took a week but the service dept kept in touch with me and were very professional and friendly. I am super happy with the performance of my Kia and both dealerships that I have worked with. My first Kia. I recommend the vehicle and company based on my good experience in sales and service. More

Outstanding Service On 3/1/2018 I called Orlando KIA West for a same day service appointment. I was given the appointment without any problems. I arrived a little late at approximately 11:20 am. I was greeted by Angel who took care of me. Angel was very courteous and professional. He made me fell like I was a V.I.P. I would like to add I contacted a KIA dealership which was closer to my home and they could not accommodate me. I would highly recommend KIA West for servicing their vehicles to anyone. More
