While a few service advisors provide exceptional service, Elizabeth and Mark, the service manager, fall far short of customer-oriented professionalism. Mark comes across as hostile, and despite being there for two years, Elizabeth still lacks the expertise expected, leaving customers feeling taken advantage of. More
