I was very happy with my advisor, I believe his name was Marty. The manager was extremely patient and cordial. I was told I had to plan on waiting 3 1/2 to 4 hours so I even brought lunch. All was good however upon reviewing final details of my purchase ( my daughter realized we were over charged and one other thing was I was only given one key and according to what we researched we are supp purchase ( my daughter realized we were over charged and one other thing was I was only given one key and according to what we researched we are suppose to be given 2 keys . Sales man promised to look into it , finance person was suppose to get back to my daughter about the extra charge and we are still waiting, plus we have tried many times to reach someone but no answer as of yet ! It’s sad that once get they the sale it’s almost like no one cares .But all in all service was good ! Just need my other key and the matter of financed fixed . More
