My second service here. After 2.5 hours of wait for simple Oil change, as soon as I left, low oil level indicator turned on. When i called the service centre next day, the After 2.5 hours of wait for simple Oil change, as soon as I left, low oil level indicator turned on. When i called the service centre next day, they put me on hold for 8 minutes and hung up after that. I messaged manager, voicemail full, text no response. Day after i took the car back to service centre, they checked and found low engine oil level. They asked me to drop the car and offered rental car until its fixed. During this entire time, no one either apologized nor frowned on this huge mistake. Disappointed 😔 More
