The service center is terrible. The techs don’t seem to know what they are doing. I came to get trim replaced and after 2.5 hours was told my car was ready. When I saw my car the tr The techs don’t seem to know what they are doing. I came to get trim replaced and after 2.5 hours was told my car was ready. When I saw my car the trim had not been replaced. The tech also looked under the drivers seat to order parts for a recal. When I got into my car the seat was not put back together correctly. I was home by the time I noticed so I have been driving my car with a seat that is t put back together correctly. The service center also does not call you when parts are ready, you have to guess and call them. The service center is ran very poorly. Because of this my next EV 9 purchase will be with a different dealership. And as soon as my warranty repair is complete, I will not be going back to this service center. More
