They showed me a clean carfax on the 2020 optima I bought. Later found out it had been in a major front end collision. Had nothing but trouble with it! Some criminal did me a favor and stole it. î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ Edited just now Greenway Kia and Kia Corporate are so incompetent, they have had my vehicle for an entire week now and still do not have a resolution for my vehicle that is under warrant Corporate are so incompetent, they have had my vehicle for an entire week now and still do not have a resolution for my vehicle that is under warranty still. At one point they told me my vehicle was ready only to find out when I drove 45 minutes to pick it up, that it in fact was not ready. At no point, has anyone offered a loaner vehicle to me while they determine how to fix my heat and air and safety recall on it. My brother in law had to call corporate to get any information since no one would provide any to me other than all expenses are completely out of pocket and was told that the dealership could in fact get me a loaner vehicle and they opened a case number for that and said it would be 3 days max. I called corporate today and they have changed their minds and said this is not something Kia does. The communication of this dealership is a complete joke. They even lost my vehicle when it was towed there and the service admin assist had the audacity to ask me if my vehicle had even been picked up from me yet. Not a single manager has called me to offer a resolution or an apology at minimum. I will never buy another Kia vehicle and I encourage everyone else to shop elsewhere too. More
I have a 2022 Kia Stinger that I bought here. Everytime that I have brought my car in for service, this place manages to screw something up…EVERY TIME. I scheduled an appointment for 9:15. At 10:40 I was told that they were about to get started with the oil change and that it would only be another 30 minutes… an hour later, the service tech came and told me the mechanic has rotated the tires only to realize the tires are different sizes and now they need to switch them back…(WTH?!) BEFORE they took my car back to work on it they asked if I wanted the tires rotated. I replied only if they need it and then told him the tires were different sizes. The tech just told me they were going to comp the rotation as it was his fault that he didn’t tell the mechanic about the different sized tires…. The customer service and communication in this place is a joke at best. The only guy here who has been decent to deal with is Austin, but the rest of the people who work here should try a different career choice. It is now almost noon, and here I sit and wait. What’s the point of making an appointment? Why don’t the mechanics know about the models they work on? Why do I get so many poor explanations or excuses as to why things are going sideways? I just wish they would be honest with me rather than figuring out as they go. An oil change appointment shouldn’t throw a dealership into a tailspin in my opinion. More

I had to take my car in to be serviced after the engine blew (a 2014 Forte I had bought from another dealer 4 months prior). They kept me up-to-date on everything. It took 3 weeks because of the warranty c blew (a 2014 Forte I had bought from another dealer 4 months prior). They kept me up-to-date on everything.
