They Dropped the Ball on getting my other car paid off. If it was not for my wife following up and inationating phone calls on why the car was not paid off it would have been worse than what it was. We Bought a 2013 kia Optima and they recieved the pay off check on june 27. But the car was not paid off until july 11 causing us to have a late payment on a car loan. WE have never been late. One more day and we would have accured a late fee. When we tried to talk to someone in Finace the Women dismissed me and would not give me any answer I had to talk to the girl who takes care of the pay offs and she NEVER called me Back. I had to talk to a sale manager who took this issue and handled it. After serveral phone calls and calls to the bank and the frustration it was finally taken care of. More
My experience at Carnival Kia of Franklin was outstanding. He was very professional and thorough and helped me understand every thing about my new car from the explanation of the costs to how to set up blue tooth on my phone. I left Kia with a huge smile on my face, and I felt that Kurt was genuinely interested in making me as happy of a customer as he possibly could. My husband and I feel like we can call Kurt if we have any questions or issues with the new Sportage, and we will be referring any of our friends or family that are looking to get a new car! More

I originally went online and filled out the credit application to see if I would qualify for a loan. Within a few minutes I received an email from Jonathan Underwood asking me to give him more info application to see if I would qualify for a loan. Within a few minutes I received an email from Jonathan Underwood asking me to give him more info about what I was interested in way of a vehicle. I called the phone # he provided in the email and left him a vmail msg to please return my call. Within a very few minutes Jonathan called me and we discussed what I might be interested in. He said he would check on the credit application I had submitted. Within a few minutes I received a call from Tabatha and informed me I had qualified for a car loan. I told her I did not have plans for the afternoon & would drive up to Franklin and ask for Jonathan. I introduced myself to Jonathan as soon as I got the dealership and immediately felt like he was someone I had known for a long time. I am a single female and having to go thru the process of buying a vehicle is very stressful, however, Jonathan made me feel at ease and explained the whole process of selecting a vehicle. After we discussed what I might be needing in a new car, he told me either the Forte or Soul would probably meet the needs I have in everyday use. After discussing with Tracy Davis we decided the Forte would be my best option price-wise. Jonathan brought the car to be and we went over every inch of the vehicle. He told me things about the Forte that I had no idea existed such as the breakaway connections for the motor in case of a head-on collision. This immediately made me feel much more safer and I knew this was the car I was looking for. After we took a test-drive there was no doubt this was the car I wanted. While taking the test-drive, Jonathan went over all the features in the interior and allowed me to drive the car. Jonathan was so undestanding and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. This experience has help change my outlook on the whole process of buying a new car. I have told my friends about Jonathan and advised them to go to Carnival Kia and ask for Jonathan. I will definitely look forward to any further needs I might have in the future and will definitely go back to Carnival Kia in Franklin. I appreciate Jonathan's salesmanship but more importantly his personality and the fact he made me feel like I was the most special customer he had ever had. More

I have to say that I truly enjoyed this car buying experience. I stopped by the dealership just to check out the deals and ended up leaving with a new car for my husband. As a person who NEVER makes l experience. I stopped by the dealership just to check out the deals and ended up leaving with a new car for my husband. As a person who NEVER makes large purchases without doing a lot of leg work and research it was incredible that Jonathan was able to get me to walk off the lot with a car. The deal was that great! This is probably the first time in 10 years I have made a major purchase and not second guessed my purchase after it happened. I will come back and buy a car from this Kia dealership for as long as I live in Tennessee; I truly hope that Jonathan will be there each time I do. I have to give a shout out to Andre as well! Both these guys are a blast to talk to and work with. More

You guys are a joke. You are why there are so many used car dealer jokes in the world. I needed a car. You sold me Tabitha's Jeep. It's amazing and I love it. B50ut you lied to me. Your stooge Greg PROMISED me he would fix it. I had to spend $850 two weeks after purchase to replace bad tires. I have yet to hear from promise boy Greg. Joke number 1. Your sales manager...who I didn't even see on your sight...probably fired...was joke number two. When I returned 1 DAY LATER he talked in third person and could have cared less. He made his money. In short. Chris Bostick and his whole scheme is a joke. Liars. And it's more insulting to see him parading around...creepy as he is...especially at Christmas...proclaiming all of the good he does. He employs liars. They are rude. And liars. And being raised as I was...a man's word is his promise. Greg Hunter is a classic example. He is still telling people he's "gonna get me tires"...since November of 2011. It's June you moron!! But I'm sure you're leaning forward and taking what Mr Bostick is dishing out. Hence the reason I had to make your lie right. You guys are a joke. And I will devote my life to ensuring everyone I come in contact with knows this.
