Art was fantastic. He met every expectation I had when I purchased my new KIA. I dreaded buying a new car because I hate the hassel of the process. I have never enjoyed the process from start to finish. From the time I entered the online application, these people did their job and did it well. They contacted me immediately and kept in contact with me until I had the car I wanted. Mike made the process painless, quick and I think I actually laughed once or twice. I already knew what I wanted when I got there. I didn't need a salesperson trying to tell me what I wanted or needed. I wanted to walk in the dealership not owning the car and leave there owning the car, and that's what I did. Simple,easy and to the point. Thanks Mike and all of you at Kia Franklin for making it a new experience in purchasing the car I wanted(except for that hail storm and tornado :O) It was a pleasure to deal with all of you. More

I had a great experience at Carnival Kia, the sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. First, let me say I would rather have a root canal than go through purchasing a car....Until now. Andrae McCarter was the Sales Consultant that work with us through the process and he couldn't have been mo go through purchasing a car....Until now. No pressure, no gimmicks, always respectful and always making sure we got the information we needed so we could make informed decisions. Andrae is a "Class Act". Thank you again. Tracy Davis, worked hard to get us taken care of in a timely fashion. We purchased 2 cars at the same time and were on a bit of a time crunch, and although it took a while, under the circumstances well within acceptable time period. He too could not have been nicer to us. Thank you. Tim Blanco took care of the financing and he too was courteous, informative and always tried to make sure our questions were answered. I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Carnival Kia of Franklin. Though it was apparent I was in need of a new car, I didn't feel "pressured" to make a purchase. We just bought a new Sedona and it will be used to load my husband's wheelchair via a lift.
