My son and I began our search for a good/affordable used vehicle for him at the Franklin location on 3/24/12. Upon stopping we were met by Art Diaz, who was very pleasant to speak with and inquisitive as to our interest and informative as to the options. We wanted to shop around other locations a while before making a decision and upon asking he gave us his business card and pamphlet on the "Sportage". We made a few more stops, only to discover that it was near impossible to get my son into a pre-owned vehicle (little/no credit established), so we decided to come back and talk to Art to see what the chances would be with a NEW vehicle. Well my son test drove a new Sportage and fell in love immediately with it and after workign through the finances and a few other things he drove away that afternoon in his 1st NEW vehicle. Art was super in working with us on getting us close to a comfortable monthly payment, which was our biggest concern, and with the help of Finance Manager Tim Blanco, the day ended perfectly. Carnival Kia of Franklin is fortunate to have employees like these guys... I will definetly continue doing business with this llocation. More

I recently purchased my first brand new car, a 2012 Kia Soul, from Carnival Kia of Franklin. Skip Hoehne, my very amazing sales consultant, called me the next day and said I was approved and to come by. I left my home in Murfreesboro at 9am, went and spoke with Skip and picked out my car in Franklin, and was back home by noon. Out of the four great sales consultants that I’ve had in by car-purchasing career, Skip is by far my favorite. I would recommend Carnival Kia of Franklin to anyone, but only if they ask for Skip! The staff was very knowledgeable of the car we were purchasing. Other dealerships we had gone to couldn't tell us about the cars unless they looked at the sticker. They gave us a good price on a fully loaded Soul, and a fair price on our trade in. Since the fully loaded Soul was in high demand, they had trouble securing one, but in the end got exactly what we wanted. I'd've recommend this dealership to anyone, and I'm really enjoying my first Kia. I'll be a return customer. More

Oh my goodness skip was great. We done everything on the internet and by phone , so when we got there the only thing left to do was test drive and sign.
