Replaced my totalled 2009 Optima with a 2011 Optima. Wanted to be back where I was before the accident in car and payment and they made that possible. I cannot say enough about the protection this car provided me...just some bumps and bruises...the other driver was blinded by the sun and turned into me...neither of us really hurt and both cars totalled. Not sure her Nissan provided her the protection my Kia did...drives great and excellent gas mileage. As a Realtor this car is one I truly recommend! Call Carlos and see for yourself! More

The service staff found two recall items and they were fixed on the same visit. There was some wear and tear on the shift knob and this was covered by the 2 year warranty. The part was ordered and replaced quickly on my next visit. Overall I am very pleased with the dealership. A bluetooth button on the steering wheel was defective and was replaced under warranty also. Was referred to Mike Jay by my best friend. My son and I were shopping for a car for him. I will be honest, I hate car shopping! I hate someone trying to put me in a car that I can't afford. I gave mike the buyer version of what were looking for and the price range. He very politely showed me what they had and only when I inquired about a car above my price range did he tell me about that car. He never ever was pushy. He definitely was my idea of the person I wanted to work with. We left the dealership and visited 4 other dealerships in Franklin over the next few days. No one compared to Mike in his ability to connect with us. We returned to carnival Kia and bought a car from mike. Unfortunately Mike was off that day but with the also pleasant team members Alex, Mike T and Brian , my son drove his new car home. I can guarantee that the next time we need to buy a car, I will once again start my search with Mike Jay. He made my dread of car shopping very pleasant by not being a typical pushy sales person. I was sold a "Cheverolet Silverado LS". It had 28k on the odometer. A week after I purchased the vehicle, the transmission was slipping. I called the dealer and was told to bring it in and trade 28k on the odometer. A week after I purchased the vehicle, the transmission was slipping. I called the dealer and was told to bring it in and trade it out no hassle. When I got there I was informed that I would have to go through the entire lengthy process all over again. I was denied because "collateral not worth amount to be borrowed" by several banks. Then the problem was pawned off on the Chevy dealer. After three weeks of leaving messages, finally one day Jim, the manager Mike Trevino said is the one that told me he would swap out the truck hassle free for something in better condition. Needless to say, I have been trying to trade out of this piece of crap for weeks and of course since it is not an "LS" as implied no one will give me even a fraction of what I owed, and I put 1500 trade down! I have purchased over 20 vehicles from other dealerships and NEVER been treated so poorly or decieved so much. When the "manager" finally called me back, he wouldn't allow me to speak. He referred to me as "dude" numerous times and finally I couldn't take it anymore so I hung up on him. Currently, I am awaiting a call from Jason Henderson. He is the district manager, I will update this review after I speak with him. More
