I stopped in and met Carlos, who ran my credit and arranged the sale of a new car. I left feeling great. I had used a co-signer on the deal, and everything had gone very well. A week after the sale, they called and asked me to come back. They told me that the deal had to be changed, and then they gave me the "new terms". It was completely unacceptable. The changes were being made by their finance representative, not the one who had brokered the original deal, and not Carlos. A friend from work was there at the same time as I was, and they played the exact same game with him, right down to the one week tine for te callback. I let them keep the car. I would advise anyone I meet to avoid Carnival Kia. More
