I wish you could give a zero. They have had my Cadenza since June 27. When I arrived for my appointment they told me there was a recall on the windshield and would need to order o They have had my Cadenza since June 27. They told me they might have my car for a couple weeks, so I rented a car from Enterprise. I have called repeatedly and finally got a call back from the service manager on July 11. I was informed that my they broke the windshield removing it to check for a proper seal, and we’re waiting on the windshield to arrive, which was scheduled to arrive later that day. I then learned they had done NOTHING regarding the issues I brought it in for, and as soon as the windshield was installed they would then turn it over to “their best technician” and get it all done quickly. Now I try to call for an update and they won’t even answer the phone in service. In the mean time I am out almost $1000.00 in car rental with no idea when I will get my car back. The service manager asked me “who told you to rent a car?” I informed him this is my only vehicle and I had no choice. I have never had such a bad service experience in my life! And I STILL don’t know when I will have my car back. Beyond ridiculous! More
I have bought two cars from the dealership the 2020 Optima, and then again at 2023 Sportage I have never had a bad experience here they disclosed all the prices and packages on both car only took many Optima, and then again at 2023 Sportage I have never had a bad experience here they disclosed all the prices and packages on both car only took many a hour to get the optima which I got set up for financing over text and phone so when I decided to by a 2nd car from them it felt like a no brainer it took a little bit long to get the Sportage only because it was a dealer trade and I had just gotten it in but the experience was even better than the first. I have since had both cars serviced here and like always it was easy and fast they handled all of my recalls and everything within a few hours I will keep buying here it will be my fist stop when I need a new car More

We called for an appointment on an oil leak . We came in for our appointment on 3/29/2023 . We again explained the problem They checked our information and said we had 7 recalls also . He said they had cars on lot waiting with oil leaks from February. So they could not help us. Then said we should go somewhere else. Did not even check the leak. We got our Kia Sorento from them and it was still under warranty. Very disappointed in this service , would not recommend this Dealership. More
I bought a Honda Accord here in February. They said we needed to finance it. Now I know it was so they could tack a “luxe package” and a warranty that’s cost almost $4000. Our salesman told us it was worth it because if you get a scratch on your car you can bring it back and they will fix it for free. Turns out when I went back to try it they said it didn’t cover that. It covers stuff like acid rain. I noticed a roaring in my wheel on the way home. We bought an extra warranty (on top of the one they sold us) so I carried my car to a Honda dealer to get it fixed. They couldn’t fix it since they were within 40 miles of Greenway Kia where we purchased the car. So I carried it to a different Honda dealer outside the 40 miles. The serviceman at the Honda dealer said since it hasn’t been 45 days since we bought it…it was Greenway Kia’s responsibility to fix it. He gave me a price and said to call my salesperson and tell them they have the part and can fix if they will reimburse them. I called my salesperson, Kwan, and he told me they couldn’t do that. I make an appointment with Grreenway Kia in Franklin to get the car fixed. I tell them what’s wrong since I’ve already had it looked at by two other dealers. They order the wrong part. I bought this car on February 19 and it’s March 28 and still is not fixed. I was also disappointed this car didn’t have remote start, but my salesperson assured me that I could get it through the Honda app. He told me he would get that set up for me. I’ve asked numerous times since I can’t do it myself and he has completely ignored me. Now to financing. It took a month to get me financed. They kept calling and needing proof of residency which I sent a check stub. Then he called and said he needed something else with our address. I called my credit union and could get the rate 3% lower than what they were getting so I asked numerous times for my pay off and I would just go to my credit union and do the financing myself. The salesperson would never get back with me about the pay off. Then they sell another warranty after you get into financing. He said it’s $6 and it covers powertrain. It ended up being $2100 in total it just help me get the 8.54% interest rate. I will never go back to Greenway Kia if Franklin. More
