Service center is horrible I would never ever recommend Kia in Franklin!!! Their service center is the worst, and very lazy... I hope I'm never dumb enough go there again!!!! Good Service I basically scheduled service to obtain 2 recalls and a programming upgrade on my 2011 Optima, also ask for multi-inspection and voiced I was having i I basically scheduled service to obtain 2 recalls and a programming upgrade on my 2011 Optima, also ask for multi-inspection and voiced I was having issues with fueling up and the gas pump constantly cuts off as if my tank was full....obviously the vapors are not able to escape as suppose to through the venting valve/tubing acting clogged. All recalls and upgrade were completed, but they didn’t know what was causing the fueling up issue....really? I googled the issue and found enough information to pretty much figure it out however have no ability to fix it myself and they couldn’t? They did indicate a GDI system cleaning, spent $200 on that but still have to take it back to get someone to fix feuling up problem......more $$; can’t believe they didn’t know what this was. More

Problem after problem This has got to be the worst dealership on the planet. The only good part was my salesman, Harrison. If it was not for him, I would have walked out. So we went ahead and bought the car even with the awful loan process. We got the one year free service. So my first service my girlfriend took the car in for service. They told her they were going to have a trainee work on the car. She said absolutely not even if I have to wait longer. They finish the service. She gets on the interstate, and the car is pulling like crazy. She immediately returns. They drive it and tell her they put almost 60 lbs of air in the right side tires. They also tell her the trainee worked on the car. She is furious. The tire could have blew and caused her to wreck. So she leaves. The very next day she is driving and the engine starts knocking. She pulls over and come to find out they left the drain plug loose. They burn up a brand new engine. Now my brand new car has to have the engine overhauled. No telling what else they messed up putting the engine in. So if you are concerned about your safety or having your car messed up, do not use Franklin kia. More

We tried to get the car worked on locally, but we were told it would be three weeks before they could get to it. I would have been glad to wait for a reasonable amount of time, but not this long On their Internet website, I contacted the Service Department at Franklin Kia, and had an appointment set up for two days. I took the car in on Friday morning, and within two hours they had the problem diagnosed. Parts were not on hand, so they had to order them. They provided us a "loaner" vehicle to use at no additional charge, while our car was in the shop. In just a little over 24 hours I received a call from Bobby in the Service Department, telling me our car's repairs were finished and we could come pick it up. I am very pleased with the service we received from Franklin Kia. The people there are friendly, helpful, and professional. Choosing them to do the work on our car was a good decision. I'm glad the distance between Columbia and Franklin didn't deter me from asking help from this wonderful dealership. We would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. More
The best place to buy a car in Tennessee I was treated like royalty. I was in service getting an oil change then struck up a conversation with a Jim Galuszka over a hot cup of coffee. He said I could trade out of my car and keep my payments the same or lower. I said yes an hour and a half later I am the proud owner of my favorite color dark cherry red 2016 kia I had a great day and my kids love it. Thanks Jim when it is time for my next car I will ask for Jimore Galuszka!!! More

Came in and my car sat in the drive way for over an hour. Sat there and watched the staff stand around joking with each other, chain smoking, talking and texting on cell phones and having a great time... just no work actually being done. After an hour of my car sitting there finally watched someone get into my car put it in drive and pull away.... seriously so my car was just sitting there for over an hour running wasting fuel??? And then I have mechanic who is dirty getting into my new car and they didn't even put any protection on the seat? Thought it was great that they would give me my first 3 free oil changes but after figuring what my time cost for a nearly 2 hour visit, wasted fuel and getting the stain out of my seat, that value quickly vanished. More
