I reviewed this dealership on their website January 22, 2024. I have an intense feeling of complete confusion as to why this dealership continues to access my information. The deal was dead that day howeve 2024. I have an intense feeling of complete confusion as to why this dealership continues to access my information. The deal was dead that day however I just received a letter from the dealership stating they had run my credit with Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. I made it clear the day I was there I did not want my credit run, and was assured by the salesman that it would not happen. The arrogance of this dealership is beyond my comprehension. They failed to honor a simple agreement not to run my credit. Since the deal did not go through and there were no more negotiations after January 22, 2024 why 30 days later am I getting a letter from the dealership stating they DID run my credit? Since January I have been contacted several times by salesmen, customer service representatives, and management. I have made it clear I want nothing to do with the dealership however, they continue accessing my information. This is a breach of my privacy and personal financial information. It appears no one at Greenway Kia Hickory Hollow located in Antioch TN is Honorable, Honest,Trustworthy or has any Integrity. Avoid them at all costs. More

Strong pressure to up-sell. Kept my wife over four hours with run-around. Tried to give her a higher interest rate than she was quoted by Kia Finance. Threatened her that she would lose her rebate if she refinanced. The sales manager ignored calls, texts/IM, and emails and refused to answer simple questions. Bought several new cars. No experience like this prior. Would not recommend. More

Terrible dealership! My Kia has 4 recalls and they didn’t even get to it and I had an appointment! 5 hrs later changed my oil cause I had to pay for that. I bought my Kia at this dealership and once you drive you defective car off the lot they don’t care! Unbelievable experience!
