Worst experience ever. At delivery break lights not working. When I call they hang up on me Service person at Hyundai was hung up in 3 times as well. They even told service department they just tell people they have a warranty just to make a sell. They I bought the car and even if the check engine light comes on 3 days after purchase they have no responsibility. Once you sign the paperwork the whole staff changed their attitude nice to just rude and intimidating. More

They were both extremely down to earth and were able to connect with me on a personal level in order to find the perfect car for me. I can't say enough good things about these two. They are amazing. If I could give 0 stars I would I have a "brand new " 2018 Optima that I purchase October 5 and I have had nothing but problems ever since and all they keep telling me is that they h I have a "brand new " 2018 Optima that I purchase October 5 and I have had nothing but problems ever since and all they keep telling me is that they have to reset the computer. The computer has been reset 3 times and an inhibitor has been replaced and still I can fill the car jerking when the gears shift, the car shakes randomly while I'm on the brakes- feeling like an 18 wheeler is riding pass me it's shaking so bad and NOTHING they say they can't duplicate it or it's a learning car... well what is it learning? it's broken the car is not up to par and I don't feel safe in it my kids can feel the shaking and jerking and since my youngest was in a car accident where we were rear ending it really scares her but still don't won't do anything to help me. I have a warranty and an extended warranty ( a warranty I felt pressured into buying by the closing agent) why they won't just replace the computer and transmission is beyond me OH and maybe even the ABS System. I have had my mom come purchase a kia since i had mine thinking I love kia and have had a great experience with them.... My first car was a kia forte I loved that car and my first experience with this dealership but this time i hate it i hate that I spent and wasted money with them I hate that i have to bring my car there numerous time until my warranty is up and then I will just be stuck with a jerking death trap that I'm nervous driving, I hate that I sent them business, I hate I thought this experience would be just a good as the first one because it isn't and I am completely let down. I hate that the floor manager tried to help but even at the end he felt a little defeated but I really appreciates him trying as hard as he did. Now it's back in the hands of the service department that refuses to replace anything and I'm left feeling like I am stuck and just have to take what they give me as an explanation which is they "don't know" and they "reset the computer. " :( More
