On January 30, 2017, I experienced what was to be the best overall dealership experience that I have ever had in my entire life and I have a leased we On January 30, 2017, I experienced what was to be the best overall dealership experience that I have ever had in my entire life and I have a leased well over seven vehicles since I began driving at the tender age of 18. Not only did the staff at Universal Kia and Hickory Hollow go above and beyond the call of duty, they also made me feel like there were actually trying to help me throughout this entire process. I wasn't rushed, pressured or uncomfortable. I just moved to Nashville, Tennessee and one of the reasons why was attributed to the hospitality that the state has afforded me throughout my musical pursuits. The staff at Universal Kia exemplified every bit of hospitality from the moment I walked in the door until I left. It's been very difficult leaving my family behind to pursue my musical dreams and in this city that is blessed with such rich culture and talent, you just simply have to have a car so as not to miss any opportunities to perform, network or just uphold your daily responsibilities, and the "Entire" staff at Universal Kia helped me make that a reality and I am forever grateful for making this transition a positive chapter in my book of journeys.
