TABITHA WAS INCREDIBLE! The process was the best I have ever had with buying a car. I called Tabitha on a Wednesday to discuss different options I was interested in. Tabitha was great because she made her co-workers aware of what I was looking for and one of them actually made her aware of the car I bought as soon as it arrived at the lot. I can't say enough about my experience at Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia!! I had a horrible experience with Suzuki of Nashville and I was dreading walking into a car dealership ever again. He was very accommodating and giving me every possible option for completing a sale. The problem was that I told him early on that I was not interested in buying a car, but he continued as if I had not spoken. He was informed of my determination not to make a purchase many, many times, and still he ignored me. He quoted statistics and showed every indication that he wanted to make a sale in spite of my stated determination not to make a purchase. If not for the frustrating and irritating habit of ignoring my wishes concerning a sale, my experience was very positive. More
