Jason is new to the dealership and may not have known that vehicles were not filled up at delivery. We have spoken to him (and all of our sales consultants) about our fuel policy so there is no further confusion. Jason has not had a chance to complete all of his product knowledge training and I'm sure this is why he was unable to fully explain all of the features of your vehicle.
