Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow

I only have 2 complaints. I was told the car would be filled up with gas and it only had a quarter of a tank in it. That would of been ok if I had not been told up front it would of been full. Also, when I picked up the vehicle I was not shown how to work or where anything was. When I test drove it the saleman went over a very few things but not in detail. All and all it was a good experience. More

My experience at Carnival Kia was AWESOME!! When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and assisted right away. My sales rep (Doug Eckhardt) was very courteous and knowledgeable of the specials, produc arrived, I was immediately greeted and assisted right away. My sales rep (Doug Eckhardt) was very courteous and knowledgeable of the specials, products and services that Kia has to offer. I felt he did his best in making sure I understood everything about purchasing a new vehicle.
