Chris took in my Kia near the end of the worst ice storm in this century ! Helped Enterprise get a rental for us, even though my KIA would be done later that day. What Chris didn't know is that my husband's in this century ! Helped Enterprise get a rental for us, even though my KIA would be done later that day. What Chris didn't know is that my husband's father had passed away and he needed to get to Clarksville from Antioch that day in a matter of hours He made it, with that rental from Enterprise, that Chris made sure we received quickly! If he had driven the kia with brakes that started making those terrible sounds one day after a trip to see his father before he passed , and too late to get it to Greenway before the historic ice storm hit. It is in the realm of possibilities that they saved our KIA and my husband from serious injury or worse ( don't want to think about that) Thank you Christopher Wilson ( senior advisor w/ Greenway Kia at Hickory Hollow It goes to show what an Excellent Customer Service Company like Greenway at Hickory Hollow and young men like Chris can make a lasting meaningful experience for these Seniors. Got a tow bar installed on my month old 2025 Telluride on 7/3/25 and after install the brake lights were permanently on even with car not turned on. Mechanic didn’t do final inspection and I had no idea of t 7/3/25 and after install the brake lights were permanently on even with car not turned on. Mechanic didn’t do final inspection and I had no idea of this issue until I was packing the car to head out of town to Georgia the next day to spend the 4th with family and buy a boat. Needless to say my trip was cancelled as I cannot drive 7.5 hours with my brake lights permanently on and drive back with a boat and trailer with brake lights on constantly. Additionally, I drove home 7/3 with improperly functioning brake lights (unknowlingly) which could’ve resulted in an accident. I had to disconnect the battery so my battery didn’t die until I could bring it back to the dealership. Took car back 7/5 and the service advisor Michael immediately said he couldn’t fit me in. After me getting upset and explaining I cannot safely drive my car, he finally said he would have someone check it out. All the mechanics did was unhook the tow bar wiring and I was told I would have to bring it back 7/7 to have a master mechanic look at it. I live an hour away, this is costing me 6 extra hours of drive time, I lost a holiday weekend with my family in Georgia, and lost the purchase of a boat because the mechanics and service couldn’t take a few extra minutes to ensure everything was working as it should at the time of the tow bar install. Michael had no sense of trying to make it right at all. Service was totally unacceptable. Still have to bring my car back on Monday and miss hours of work because of this error. More
