Inspections aren’t completed as stated, vehicle returned in a condition that was technically not safe to drive despite being assured it was (later tech admitted there was a major issue), requests to speak to service manager denied, sales staff comes into service waiting area to attempt to sell you new cars. I was overcharged at Greenway Kia Rivergate for being a young woman and then ignored for over a month when I tried to resolve it respectfully and directly. Repeated calls to the service manager, Josh Su young woman and then ignored for over a month when I tried to resolve it respectfully and directly. Repeated calls to the service manager, Josh Sutton, went unanswered. Management promised follow-up multiple times and never delivered. For a month I called multiple times a day and was put on hold, hung up on, promised calls back in “just a few minutes” and then eventually my number recognized and blocked. Using two other phones, I called and was connected right away but once they realized it was me, those were both blocked too. This dealership takes advantage of customers and avoids accountability. I will be escalating this to Kia Corporate and the dealership owners. While I will be placing a dispute with my credit card to attempt to recovering my money; the premise is that the management here does not respect their customers, if that’s due to my young age or gender I’ll never know but anyone thinking of doing business here or bringing a car for service should heavily reconsider. More

When my son and his wife welcomed twins, along with their toddler under two, they were suddenly in desperate need of a safe, reliable vehicle that could hold three car seats. I explained our situation in detail. I told the salesperson how important it was — that we could not risk these babies being stranded on the side of the road. I trusted them. And they betrayed that trust. 💔 The first vehicle — a Hyundai Palisade Within weeks of buying it, the motor went out. Completely failed. A brand-new chapter of life for our family, and instead of helping us, the dealership refused to take responsibility. No help, no support, no compassion. 💔 Trying again — because I have integrity Even after that, I did the right thing. I went back to them — the same people who sold me the failing vehicle — and swapped it out, asking only that they give me a little more than what another dealership would, because they knew the situation and they knew what they’d sold me. I wanted to believe they would make it right. 💔 But heartbreak struck again A few months later, the second vehicle’s motor also failed. The only thing that saved us financially was the extended warranty I purchased — not anything they did for us. And now, here we are again: The bearings are failing, damaging the fan blades, and the repair will cost over $2,000. ❗ No family should go through this This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles. They do not properly inspect what they sell. They do not show honesty, empathy, or any real sense of responsibility. I have done everything on my end with honesty and integrity, and it breaks my heart to say this, but: I would not buy a piece of gum from this place, and I pray no one else has to experience what we did.
