Jose, thank you for your reply. I appreciate you trying to make things right but I’m not sure what that would be. The deal is already done and our time is lost. This was my partner’s first brand new car and the whole experience has just really put a damper on his excitement. We were interested in adding some accessories so perhaps you can help on those to help make up for our experience.
