Abdul was a great salesman making the experience pleasant and fast. The car drives great. and fast. The car drives great. More
I would 100% NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My experience from the sale through the follow-up has been incredibly frustrating, and at this point I have completely lost confidence in dealership. My experience from the sale through the follow-up has been incredibly frustrating, and at this point I have completely lost confidence in how my deal was handled. First, I am still convinced that the vehicle I ultimately received was not the same vehicle I originally test drove, despite being told otherwise. I know what I test drove, and I specifically remember the features that vehicle had. When you are making a purchase this large, you should not walk away questioning whether you were even given the vehicle you thought you were buying. Then, once I finally received access to my financing information, I discovered that the APR was not what I was initially told/agreed to during the purchasing process. I reached out to the person I was told was the GM about this and received no response. I was also told that my windows would be tinted. I followed up about that as well. Again, no response. The final straw was discovering that my previous vehicle loan had not been completely paid off. I contacted my previous lender and learned that the payoff check from the dealership was received two days after the payoff date, which resulted in a remaining balance. I went back to the dealership and spoke with a manager, only to be told that because my deal was finalized two days later, the remaining balance was somehow my responsibility. That explanation makes absolutely no sense to me. If the dealership requests and receives a payoff letter showing a payoff amount that is valid through a specific date, then it is the dealership’s responsibility to make sure payment is sent appropriately or obtain an updated payoff amount. I had no control over when their check was issued or delivered. What made the interaction even worse was the way it was handled. After explaining everything, instead of acknowledging the problem and looking for a solution, I felt like the manager was trying to shift responsibility back onto me. I eventually got up and walked out, and he asked where I was going because he was “trying to help.” Telling me why a dealership error is supposedly my responsibility is not helping. There has been a complete lack of communication throughout this process: unanswered messages regarding my financing, unanswered messages about the promised tint, questions about the vehicle itself, and now an issue with my trade-in payoff. I also find it very concerning that I never received the manufacturer/dealership survey after purchasing this vehicle, especially since I received one after my previous vehicle purchase. Whether that was intentional or not, given everything else that has happened, it certainly does not make this experience look any better. Buying a vehicle should not require a customer to constantly follow up, investigate their own financing, contact their previous lender to figure out why a balance remains, and then return to the dealership only to have responsibility pushed back onto them. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing here carefully review every document, verify the exact vehicle/VIN you are purchasing, confirm your APR before signing, verify any promises in writing, and personally follow up on your trade-in payoff. I regret purchasing my vehicle here, and based on the way my concerns have been handled afterward, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
Great service. The video they shot explaining the entire process was very informative as well. And everything was inspected and done in under 2 hours. The video they shot explaining the entire process was very informative as well. And everything was inspected and done in under 2 hours. More
Arif was the best service advisor since I been a Greenway Mazda customer starting on 2017. Mazda customer starting on 2017. More
Slow service, and ineffective communication barrier between customer and service technicians. If people are requesting a diagnostic on what's wrong, it is prudent to provide a cost breakdown list of wh between customer and service technicians. If people are requesting a diagnostic on what's wrong, it is prudent to provide a cost breakdown list of what part number is failing + labor cost to replace that part + a gauge of the criticality of that replacement. It is absolutely ridiculous to show me a $3300 estimate to replace a full cable harness when the only known observation is a loose negative battery terminal connector. The battery cable terminal end is part number BBM5-67-TB1 and costs ~$15 for one (not including labor) and I only know this part number because I had to do my own legwork on researching this. This level of service doesn't help with the stigma customers have when visiting service centers feeling like they're getting scammed. Be better. More
Rude and arrogant manager who relies on tired, high-pressure sales tactics. He refused to provide pricing until I gave him my number, used 'today only' ultimatums, constantly hid behind vague t high-pressure sales tactics. He refused to provide pricing until I gave him my number, used 'today only' ultimatums, constantly hid behind vague terms like 'may,' and used the old 'I sold a lot today so I can give you a deal' line. To make matters worse, when I urged him to just give me clear terms, he laughed at me and said I reminded him of his early days—an incredibly disrespectful and condescending response. There is a real reason why this dealership has one of the lowest review rates in the Houston area. If Mazda USA ever needs to close a dealership to protect the manufacturer's reputation, I believe this branch should be the one. More

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Mazda showroom involving your manager, Mr. Collin Gauvey. I visited the showroom with genuine interest in p regarding my recent experience at your Mazda showroom involving your manager, Mr. Collin Gauvey. I visited the showroom with genuine interest in purchasing a vehicle and was seriously considering moving forward with the deal. During the discussion, I was quoted a price of $36,500, and I respectfully asked whether the vehicle could be offered at $36,000 instead. I believe this is a normal part of any vehicle negotiation process. Unfortunately, the discussion unexpectedly became argumentative and uncomfortable. During the interaction, Mr. Collin Gauvey asked us to leave the showroom and stated that he would call the police, which I found completely inappropriate for a standard pricing discussion. As a customer, I expected respectful and professional communication even if we were unable to agree on the final price. Instead, the interaction left me feeling embarrassed, upset, and disappointed with the overall experience at your dealership. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action or guidance be provided to ensure customers are treated professionally and respectfully in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, More
When we arrived, the experience immediately felt disorganized compared to other dealerships. There was no greeting, no basic customer service, and no effort to acknowledge us. We were simply told to disorganized compared to other dealerships. There was no greeting, no basic customer service, and no effort to acknowledge us. We were simply told to wait, and the overall environment felt unclean and poorly maintained. After waiting 30 minutes for a test drive, the vehicle had no gas and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we asked for gas, we were told they “don’t typically do that for used vehicles,” which was very disappointing given the circumstances. Other dealerships would at least have gas in the car. JUST WOW. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, and the finance manager was dismissive and made unnecessary comments about our travel distance. Remarks like “you can drive off just like the way you came” were unprofessional and unnecessary. We were also pressured to add an approximately $5,000 service package that had not been disclosed earlier in the process and was presented in a way that suggested it could not be removed, which felt misleading and not transparent. In Texas, dealerships are not permitted to misrepresent optional add-ons as mandatory or include charges that the consumer has not knowingly agreed to. This portion of the process felt deceptive, non-transparent, and inconsistent with standard dealership disclosure practices. We also experienced issues with credit handling, credit inquiries were run without clear communication or notice during the process, which added to the lack of transparency overall. Additionally, we observed concerning behavior toward other customers that raised further questions about how transparent the sales process is across the board. "So, your car has too many miles, so we have to do ___" I felt bad for those people were also being taken advantage of. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, high-pressure, and lacking basic professionalism. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this dealership. More
