WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !! If you dont wanna waste your time, do business with other dealer. Came here last week for a CPO 2022 Cx5, every thing was great until one of the !! If you dont wanna waste your time, do business with other dealer. Came here last week for a CPO 2022 Cx5, every thing was great until one of the manager came out to negotiate the price. He looked down on us when trying to add extra 2k hidden fee for the vehicle. Then another manager had to come out to apologize to get the deal. The vehicle had AC malfunction button. They promised me 2 days to fix it. Came back 2 days later, guess what, the vehicle not ready. It was a Saturday, they said it will be available on next Monday, Monday came, not ready. Have to come back again on Wednesday instead. We live an hour away from the dealer. It was so frustrating doing business with them. The saleman was super friendly and attentive until the problem occured. On the Wednesday I came to pick up the car. I brought an after market replacement key for them to program since the vehicle only come with one key. Dantei the manager and Luis (saleman) promised an hour for the car to be ready. Up to this point you probably guess what happened next. WE HAD TO WAIT FOUR MORE HOURS FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE READY. Maybe you had good experience in the past but not my case. Avoid doing business with them if you could. More
