Chris Branch was my service advisor. This is my second time having him as my service advisor. I asked for him by name this time because he takes such good care of his customers. Chris This is my second time having him as my service advisor. I asked for him by name this time because he takes such good care of his customers. Chris is knowledgeable, through, courteous, and he represents Mazda well and looks out for me as the customer. I hope that he stays with Mazda; advisors like him are very few! Service sells future cars. Until I met Chris, there was not going to be a future car because the service advisors I have had in the past have be sub par at best. Because of Chris, I may replace my Mazda in a few years with another one. I appreciate the car wash and vacuum, too! Presenting me with a clean car was a lovely surprise! More
