Maybe the service writers should check behind the technician to see if they did what they promised the customer. I was disappointed also when the job wasn’t done correctly the first time and then the engine cleaned and carwash. I will stop back by one day soon and let you guys make a 3rd attempt to make it right! Thanks JEH
