Great service by our sales person,Tayler. When we got it home after a day or so, we noticed it smelled of cigarettes that we didn't notice i itially becayse it had just been detailed. When I contacted Tayler, she assured me they had a machine they could put it through that would remove the smell. We are waiting for that appointment to see if that resolves the issue. She has been very responsive to all my messages and concerns. My only complaint was as we were outside talking to one of the employees, he lit up a cigarette only about 10 ft or so from me, with the smoke coming right toward me. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and when I said something concerning it, he walked farther away, but continued smoking as we talked, which I felt was very unprofessional. We also told Tayler the finance rate we could get through Navy Federal and that unless they could beat that, we wanted to go with them because that is where we bank.. When we got to the financial office and were signing the papers, the financial officer informed us he'd matched the interest rate we wanted, but had gone through Truist and already had the financing approved through them. I was a little frustrated with that because I wanted to stay where we already had an established account. We didn't push the issue;however, because all the paperwork had already been completed and approved. More
