Days 10-15: multiple calls and messages left to see when my truck would be finished. Day 16: drive to the dealership because I wasn’t called back. Day 16 (2hours later): truck is done, charge is about $120 more than “the most it’s going to be.” Got it reduced by about $175. Day 16 (2 more hours later): truck is delivered to me as a courtesy. Tech left the cover to the fuse panel and access panel laying in the floorboard. One star for poor service but two stars because they adjusted the price with no hassle. Service department was nice but I’m dissatisfied with speed of service, attention to detail, and overall customer service. More
Easily the worst place I've ever tried to do business with. Witnessed salesmen follow an upset potential customer to their car yelling back and forth due to a seven thousand dollar discrepancy the customer was quoted before entering. I was also terribly misquoted and treated horribly while trying to shop here. I was lied to, taunted, yelled at, they wouldn't allow me to leave in peace after declining their terrible offer respectfully numerous times, I'm talking declining them 5 or 6 times. Once I exited the building, I was followed to my car by more than one associate and taunted more. I was even called a xxxxx by a man named Tommy Renshaw who couldn't wait to tell me his DADDY owned the whole place. After exiting my car for a third time I asked Mr. Renshaw if he really wanted to fight on his own car lot. I believe I would have rather enjoyed it. I even have a VIDEO of the guy yelling at me taken by my significant other who is currently 9 months pregnant from the passenger seat of our vehicle. I was even called by Mr. Renshaw minutes after leaving to see if i was still interested in making a purchase, I'm pretty sure he was trying to bait me into talking crazy on a recording phone call so he could somehow turn the table. Smarter than that buddy. Shop here if you want but I wouldn't recommend it. Enjoy Daddy's money you xxxxx. More

The ability to contact service dept is difficult-often requiring 3 to 4 calls before reaching a service provider- my vehicle was in for an oil change and rotation/balancing of tires plus service for elect requiring 3 to 4 calls before reaching a service provider- my vehicle was in for an oil change and rotation/balancing of tires plus service for electronic issues which was under warranty. A part had to be ordered for the electronics issue. I had asked for regular service called "the works for $64.95 -includes the oil change and tire services referenced above. Five work days later I was called and told the navigator was ready. I glanced at bill and saw a charge of $64.98 which I believed was the "works" service-upon inspecting the bill I realized there was no oil listed on bill-checked the oil and it wasn't clean. Took car back on sept 21 and upon review by cashier learned oil change wasn't done. The charge on bill wasn't for oil change , etc but charge for finding a code number for numerical entry- appears to be unwarranted by this customer. Initially told I would have to wait two hours-I asked to see service manager but service coordinator said she would speak to him- I was told they would get to service in 20 minutes. I was probably there for an hour to 75 minutes. Personally, I expected there to be no charge as my car had been in shop 5 days and had to be returned at no fault of myself. I had to come a distance of 50 miles and time of three hours because of dealer mistake-one man's opinion. There appears to be a lack of organizational and communication in the service department. However, this is my first interaction and I hope I am wrong. I will return for future service before changing as the staff are friendly and courteous. Al Parke More
