I spotted a vehicle I wanted to purchase online. I contacted the Greg Hubler Ford dealership about it. I informed them I would be traveling around 4 hours to get there and asked if they would hold I contacted the Greg Hubler Ford dealership about it. As I was leaving to travel to Greg Hubler Ford to buy the vehicle, I contacted them again to avoid wasting the trip and my time if they had sold it. I was assured it would be there. I drove there with my son, test drove the vehicle, agreed to buy it, ordered new tires from them and an alignment while there. I also arranged to have the vehicle delivered after the service work was complete. When I went to pay for the vehicle, I was told that the General Manager had sold the vehicle out from under me to someone else. The entire time I was there, the vehicle never left my sight. When I asked how on earth could they justify doing that, I was told that happens all of the time. And they were very rude about it too! I couldn't believe my ears. To this day, I still can't believe anyone would do that to any customer. Would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anybody! More
Our salesman was Derek Ward he gave us excellent service from start to finish. He explained everything that we needed to know and answered every question that we had. He followed us through the entire process of purchasing our Ford Ranger from start to finish and even followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was ok and to answer any further questions we might have. This is a sorry dealership in the Greg way is a xxxxxxxx way it’s all freaking lie yes I am pissed. The next review is going to be at the local news station. More

Drove it on a Friday and made a appointment for Monday to potentially buy the vehicle. Came back on Monday only to discover that it had been sold on Saturday. Needless to say I wasn’t very happy. I walked out and went to the nearest coffee shop to gather my composure. A few hours later Mike Blaettner sales Manager called to try to clear up this misunderstanding. This man spent the rest of the day looking for another similar vehicle. So between Mike and Jon Marquardt sale representative they came up two Expeditions with four purchasing options for my wife and I to choose from. At the end of the day we left with a 2020 Expedition Limited and a fantastic deal. Jon went out of his way to make sure the vehicle’s were at the front of the store running and ready for a test drive. I highly recommend Greg Hubler Ford. Very friendly professional employees. First of all, I was very disappointed by their used inventory. They have a ton on their website, but most were at other dealerships. We worked with Brandon, and test drove 3 vehicles. I wasn't in love with any of the 3. We went to lunch and looked through their inventory one more time. We went home and got my trade and went back. I was told there was an explorer on the lift in service but we couldn't look at it since it was up there. I was told they'd call me Monday when it was done being serviced. He never once offered for the dealership to look at my trade, nor did i receive a call asking me to come back and look at the Explorer. They missed out on a decent trade and a deal. I was in the market for a car and ended up buying one the next day from a different dealer. He never once ran numbers of any kind, or tried to get me into a new vehicle. He just seemed extremely unmotivated. More
Excellent service I took my 2003 Taurus in for replacement of tie rods, as diagnosed by another Ford dealership. As it turned out the tie rods were fine, but the sway b I took my 2003 Taurus in for replacement of tie rods, as diagnosed by another Ford dealership. As it turned out the tie rods were fine, but the sway bar was bad. This saved me several hundred dollars!! The service department employees are knowledgeable, honest, and timely. I will be returning! So far every visit has cost me at least $20 less than any jiffy lube visit I ever had. I personally will never go anywhere else. More

The sales associate, Constance Harris met us as we pulled onto the lot to begin the search process for a Ford F150. She sincerely listened to our needs and shared her vast knowledge about the truck. Her no pressure approach helped us feel comfortable and created a sense of trust. She willingly encouraged us to drive the vehicle and see if it fit. After determining which vehicle was right, she tirelessly worked to ensure that our pricing was what we were able to afford. The general manager, Charles Veneable spoke with us and assured that he would do all he could to make sure we were satisfied with our vehicle and the pricing and he did just that. The process was smooth and we walked away with what we feel is the best vehicle we could have purchased.
