I always hope things will change, but I shouldn’t be surprised when they don’t. Last time I took the car in for a recall, they asked why my car smelled so horrible. I didn’t know what they were referring to—they finally figured out I had parked under a bird nest at their garage, and a bird egg had fallen on my car. They “cleaned” it up, and I was excited to see how it looked. There were just dirty streaks on the front windshield, and they hadn’t cleaned the car. My most recent trip was for scheduled maintenance/oil change. When they were finished, they said it was $118. I was surprised, as I thought they were free for a year. They reminded me it was 12k miles or 12 months, and had I remembered that, I would never had gone there for service. When I went to drive my car the next day, all four tires were at 30 instead of 35. Unfortunately, that seems consistent with their service. More

Buying the car was fast and easy. Service tech was very nice. The counter folks leave less to be desired. Rude and unhappy.
