Excellent interaction with the service advisor, and I was kept well advised of their attempts to fix my issue. It was finally fixed - great job - and I haven't had the issue again since then. However, it took 4 visits before they found the problem. On the other hand, along the way while trying to resolve my issue, they found some other issues I was not aware of and fixed them under my Honda extended warranty at no charge, so on balance, I'm very satisfied. My Service Rep Trae was very professional and straightforward. He was very detailed about what I needed done and didn't give me a long list of things I needed done. He called and told me about my straightforward. He was very detailed about what I needed done and didn't give me a long list of things I needed done. He called and told me about my rotors not being able to be turned, instead of installing them without my approval. He even found a coupon on the break service that saved me some cash & was knowledgeable about my warranty and handled things for me. After I came to pick up my vehicle, I forgot to mention to them to change my oil. He took the steps to squeeze me in,instead of having me come back the next day. I really appreciate every interaction with him. More

Not the best....brought my car in for a recall issue. Picked it up with bags of wires in my seats and the back panel in the cargo area not put back.
