I currently live in IL but try to make sure I get to TX, even if a special trip to have Greg May Honda work on our Odyssey. We now have 253,847 miles on our 2011 Odyssey and it is still a daily driver with even if a special trip to have Greg May Honda work on our Odyssey. I'm a firm believer in Honda's quality IF you pair it with the right dealership and Greg May is definitely a RIGHT dealership. In addition, Allan is second to none with his knowledge and expertise and they are always willing to help troubleshoot via phone. A simple phone call and Allan's knowledge saved me hundreds, if not thousands, on a road-trip. I will ALWAYS choose Greg May when it comes to our service needs and anyone else who doesn't is simply risking the life of their vehicle. Great job Greg May team. Here's to 250,000 more!!! We have used Greg May twice. Neither experience was great. While the staff seems interested in helping, they have a difficult time providing service in a timely manner. Both times we took our Honda for great. While the staff seems interested in helping, they have a difficult time providing service in a timely manner. Both times we took our Honda for service, we were required to leave our car longer than seemed necessary. I think the service provided was good, but we had to call to keep up with progress on our vehicle. In one instance our car was needing body work beyond the capability of Greg May, but they let our car sit at their service center for over a week, with no work or contact with us. More

The service department got done what I came to do-an oil change. However, as I waited in the customer sitting area, I noticed not one sales person with a mask as they walked through the showroom. Also, several of the service folks did not have masks on as I cam in and out of the service area. Very disappointing given that customers all wore masks as required by a sign on the door. More

Very pleasant lady in the service department offered us the shuttle to take us to a local restaurant to have lunch while we waited for our service to be completed.
