We have purchased and serviced 6 vehicles from Greg May over 20 years. Sadly, we will not be going back because of their lack of care about others with their no-mask policy during the pandemic. Was told 961 over the phone. When I showed was told 1085 was my cost. I questioned it and was told I was wrong. I was then fast talked out the door. However, this time I was very disappointed to find that not only were none of the employees wearing masks, but there was also a sign posted making ex However, this time I was very disappointed to find that not only were none of the employees wearing masks, but there was also a sign posted making excuses for it and warning customers to “enter at their own risk.” This definitely left a sour taste in my mouth, and you can bet I won’t soon forget it. Customer safety has to come first, and Greg May Honda clearly does not take that seriously at all. More
This dealership needs help. I can say my salesperson and my service advisor were great at helping me with all of the problems I have had getting this Honda. Management did help me but they don’t reply bac my service advisor were great at helping me with all of the problems I have had getting this Honda. Management did help me but they don’t reply back when you’re not satisfied as a customer. Maybe it’s the outside vendors that are used. Hopefully they will find a auto detailer that will actually wash the car before rubbing the paint out. My wheels and tires were still dirty I don’t get it there is no reason why this didn’t get completed 100%. Maybe Kyle can call and explain but I doubt it. More
