the service that i had done yesterday was done within the time that was projector.. when i went to pay the bill the cost was a little lower then what i was quoted. staff was very friendly. However i do have a issue that was never resolved. i own a 2015 civic after ownings for 3 years the rubber seal around all the windows began to crack, i talked to the service writer and was told that it is not a defect, as i have insisted it is and should be replaced at the dealers expanse. I was also told that will not happen. Honda will replace it but at my expense.. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy another Honda, i have had other cars much older 10plus years and have never had this problem.. the condition of the seal are causing air leaks, when passing traffic on the street it sounds like i have a window open ..I would like for Greg May to be notified of my dissatisfaction. More
