I recently moved to the Waco area and made a 7:30 a.m. appointment online. Nowhere did it state that the technicians do not show up until 8:00 a.m. I made the early appointment so I could make it to work appointment online. Had I known techs do not show up until later I would have made different arrangements. When my car was returned it reeked of smoke on the inside. In addition, other Honda dealerships I have been to provide a basic, courtesy car wash after services are rendered, this dealership did not provide that. More
My 84 year old sister had this service done. She needed the oil changed. Apparently, the brake fluid was low and was charged $131 for this problem. How can it cost $131 to top off the brake fluid?
