On Thursday, I called and scheduled an oil change for Friday at noon and made sure they knew I had to have my car back by 3pm to get my kids from school. I was assured it would be no problem. I brought my car in at noon on Friday and mentioned again that I needed by car by 3pm at the latest. Again I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. It evidently was a problem because when I called at 3:05pm to ask if my car was ready, the service person stated that they were pouring the oil as we spoke. They came and picked me up two businesses down and I was rushed to pay for the oil change so I could get my kids on time from school otherwise I would have spoken to the service manager before I left. This is not the first visit they have not met a deadline. The other couple of times it wasn’t as critical because I wasn’t picking my kids up after school. Also, this was at least the third time if not fourth time, that whoever changed my oil left oily hand prints on the outside of my car. I had mentioned this to the service department in the past. I was going to call after I picked up my kids but I decided it wasn’t worth it because I was taking my business elsewhere in the future.. I am tired of dealing with them never meeting the time they promise they’ll be done and the oily hand prints all over my car More

We have purchased and serviced 6 vehicles from Greg May over 20 years. Sadly, we will not be going back because of their lack of care about others with their no-mask policy during the pandemic.
