Overall, the dealership is pretty solid. The free shuttle rides to and from work have been clutch. Service prices are fair, but the service times are hit-or-miss. Recently, it took less than an hour to get a full oil change, air filter replaced, and tires rotated. Fantastic. But there have been two occasions when service took over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, which is longer than it would have taken to get the same service performed at Valvoline, driven over to Discount Tire, and gotten the tires rotated that way. One-stop service shouldn't take longer than two stops, especially when service is scheduled ahead of time. More
I went in for an oil change. I had signed-up for the shuttle home, but I was told it would only take 45 minutes to an hour, so I waited. An hour-and-a-half later they called me, not because my car was r shuttle home, but I was told it would only take 45 minutes to an hour, so I waited. An hour-and-a-half later they called me, not because my car was ready, but to inform me about $2,600 in minor repairs and maintenance that needed to be done. They had the parts for most of it and could start right then, and give me a shuttle ride home. Mind you, my car is running perfectly. I declined and said no, I was already running late and could not spend $2,600 on maintenance on an 8-year-old vehicle right before the holidays. They said ok, it would be about 10 more minutes while they put oil in my car - the whole reason I went their to begin with. What had they been doing for the first hour-and-a-half? Apparently looking for other things to get me spend to money on. Another 20 minutes later my vehicle was ready. I had enough points so that the oil change was free, which is why this reviews gets 2 starts instead of one. But I will not be back. More

Alert!!! Horribly Crooked Service department! They are by far the most incompetent, lying group of individuals I have ever meet. 2019 Honda Accord, has been in for service 4 times. Misdiagnosed 2 times and back in the shop to repair what they were supposed to already have repaired the other 2 times. Major issues as well! They have replaced the cylinder head. Now the car doesn’t have oil in the engine because of a oil leak from that repair. These people you really can’t trust at all. They tried to bill us for warranty parts...$2,200 worth of parts!! Those parts they tried to bill me have never been replaced because the car didn’t need those parts! it still doesn’t need those parts! I wouldn’t recommend these crooks to my worst enemy. I’ve never disliked anyone enough to recommend these morons! More
