The service rep was great and friendly. Waited about 45 minutes for my oil change. Experience was good. Only thing I would recommend is to get a complementary car wash after the service is done. Went in for scheduled oil change. I had a recall notice and was going to schedule it for the next week bit the service department got it done right after the oil change. This was a Saturday at 1pm and I w and was going to schedule it for the next week bit the service department got it done right after the oil change. This was a Saturday at 1pm and I was gonna lakes out in less than an hour. Very happy to get it done the same day and not have to go back in. More

This time I was very surprised to see that not one of them was wearing a mask, yet< all customers were wearing masks. Also I observed others that didn't appear to be employees - walking into the store without masks> This was concerning to me. I was told Mr. May does not require his employees to wear face covers. The gentleman that was at the desk wasn’t friendly at all. My appointment was at 9 a.m. I called them back around 1 p.m. The Courtesy gentleman that drove me home was friendly and respectful.
