The service rep was great and friendly. Waited about 45 minutes for my oil change. Experience was good. Only thing I would recommend is to get a complementary car wash after the service is done. Went in for scheduled oil change. I had a recall notice and was going to schedule it for the next week bit the service department got it done right after the oil change. This was a Saturday at 1pm and I w and was going to schedule it for the next week bit the service department got it done right after the oil change. This was a Saturday at 1pm and I was gonna lakes out in less than an hour. Very happy to get it done the same day and not have to go back in. More

The gentleman that was at the desk wasn’t friendly at all. My appointment was at 9 a.m. I called them back around 1 p.m. The Courtesy gentleman that drove me home was friendly and respectful. I got a large screw in my tire & could actually hear the air blowing out! Although it was a Saturday ~1130 I called Greg May Honda & Melvin (aka Trey) told me to come on in!
