The gentleman that was at the desk wasn’t friendly at all. My appointment was at 9 a.m. I called them back around 1 p.m. The Courtesy gentleman that drove me home was friendly and respectful. My name is James Taylor, I help my son with his car maintenance. I made an appointment Fri. the 21st. for an oil change. Was told to come in Sat. 22nd @ 11:30AM. Trey Stephenson was courtesy and profes maintenance. I made an appointment Fri. the 21st. for an oil change. Was told to come in Sat. 22nd @ 11:30AM. Trey Stephenson was courtesy and professional. I explained to him that my son and his mother had purchased the car at Jeff Hunter. And after a couple of visits for oil changes. I found their work very unsatisfactory. Their car multi point inspection very lacking. No fluid levels checked or topped off etc. I decided to bring my son's Civic to your dealership for Honda service! Needless to say, NONE of the fluid levels were topped off by yourselves. I took care of that after getting it home, it made wonder about the other check points. I did ask to check the brake pads to see how many mm were left, and I was told that. But Trey was more keen on me changing the brake and transmission fluid. I told him I will do that, but I would have to budget for that in a few weeks. 141.00 for the trans. 142.00 for the brake fluid. I ask why the brake fluid wasn't topped off (it was below full level) He said you do not add new fluid to the old. I understand the importance of both, as I was a mechanic by trade. I understand also the importance of using Honda Transmission fluid for the CVT, which I will be brings it in for that. The brake fluid change I think is a little over priced for DOT 3. With that being said I felt a little let down. More
