Told me I did not need to have an appointment to get a tire replaced, was there 2 hours! Argued about the road hazard coverage on my tire. Tried to get out of covering until I got them to call Allen Honda in College Station where their service manager set them straight on my coverage! They were either too lazy or too ignorant to look it up in Sentinal with the VIN number. Then the girl at the counter told my son that they couldn't put it on without the vehicle being there! HA! What does that matter???? He brought the wheel in! Just dumb. More
