Very friendly crew! This was one of the more pleasant visits I've had while my car was being serviced at Greg May. Honestly, that hasn't always been the case. Pretty good Greg May has been good. I was caught off guard at my most recent visit after surpassing 100k miles when I came in for an oil change on my 2012 Civic Greg May has been good. I was caught off guard at my most recent visit after surpassing 100k miles when I came in for an oil change on my 2012 Civic and they estimated my expenses at over $1100 for break service + transmission service + 4 cylinder tune up. I guess that should be expected every 100k miles but I didn't realize that (I'm a 27 year old still on my first car). I was a little annoyed when they kept pressing me to get a shuttle ride while I waited for my car and I had to repeatedly tell them no thanks. But they were able to help me prioritize the things I needed fixed the most which was good and that way I didn't have to pay the total $1100 on the spot. Overall, I consider them to be decent people who I will return to in the future. More

Friendly staff. Due to Covid, it took longer to get my car serviced, but they offered a rental free of charge. So far so good on my repairs. car serviced, but they offered a rental free of charge. So far so good on my repairs. More
online appointment had not registered I had scheduled an online appointment for oil change and tire rotation.but when I got to the dealership they did not have me down. They graciously I had scheduled an online appointment for oil change and tire rotation.but when I got to the dealership they did not have me down. They graciously worked me in. When my ticket came back, the representative pushed the same extra services that had been pushed and done (early as it turns out) on my previous visit.. I had to press to get my tires rotated, your rep decided it would be a waste of time since new tires were recommended. Having services pushed before recommended date leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Having the same services pushed on my next visit leaves an even worse impression.. More

Service has been very slow the last two visits. This past visit causes my daughter to be late for a dentist appointment. We were there 2 hours for a basic oil change. visit causes my daughter to be late for a dentist appointment. We were there 2 hours for a basic oil change. More
I just spent $4416 for repairs on a 2007 CRV. I’m not sure I believe that all of these repairs were needed “immediately.” I think you were closed for a month & need to make up revenue. My husband died 2 sure I believe that all of these repairs were needed “immediately.” I think you were closed for a month & need to make up revenue. My husband died 2 months ago & this expense is over the top in my opinion. He would’ve said no way. I feel ripped off. More

A lesson in frustration I appreciate you being open during the pandemic and I appreciate the challenges presented by the pandemic. I was frustrated not because my repair was I appreciate you being open during the pandemic and I appreciate the challenges presented by the pandemic. I was frustrated not because my repair was delayed, but because there was a serious lack of communication and promises were made but not kept. Frustrating! When I left my car nearly 24 hours before my scheduled appointment, it was fine that you didn't get to it early. But the broken promises: 1. Promise: "We should know something by 4 pm Friday; we'll call you." (I called at 5:30 on Friday; no one could tell me whether anyone had even looked at my car.) 2. On Friday, around 5:30, another promise: "I'll find out the status of your car and call you first thing Saturday morning." No one called, so I called around 9:30, only to learn no one had looked at my car and that it would be Monday before anyone could look at it. Finally, someone called around 11 am on Monday to tell me that my car needed a part that would not arrive until Wednesday. Fortunately, my car was ready on Wednesday, having been at the shop nearly a week. Again, I understand that nothing is normal right now, but I would have been fine with good communication and reasonable projections about what I could expect.
