Courteous, timely thorough service Needing to have my car serviced at the 30,000 mile mark I was able schedule it for when it when most convenient for me. Alan the service writer was courteous and efficient. After getting car in shop Alan called to recommend an additional service I was going to need in about 4000miles. But since the car was already there it would save me time later. All services completed timely. Service cost very reasonable and car was ready when promised. More

Fixed AC issues. my HRV is a year-and-a-half old. This is the third time I've had to take it in with AC issues. This last time Trent, the service manager, took a ride my HRV is a year-and-a-half old. This is the third time I've had to take it in with AC issues. This last time Trent, the service manager, took a ride with me gauge the temperature my AC was getting and realized it was not within specs. They gave me a loaner car they had my car for an entire week. Both Trent and Allan went above and beyond to make sure my car most perfect when I got it back. They are both very knowledgeable can you inform to what was going on. Very much appreciated More
