I usually have a good experience in the Service Dept ( when Allan Hale was there) however I was not that please this time. I made a 2:00 appointment for a oil change & tire rotation. I dropped my car off when Allan Hale was there) however I was not that please this time. I made a 2:00 appointment for a oil change & tire rotation. I dropped my car off early and said I would be back. I arrived at 3:00ish and when I got there they had not even started my car. I was advised that they went ahead and did people that were waiting. I asked what is the point of having an appointment if you are not going to stick to it? There was really no explanation. I set there for another 1:45 minutes after asking them a couple of times if my car was done. No one bothered to even let me know what they were doing or how much longer it might take. I did not get out of there until 4:45. I had to rate someone in order to submit the review More
