I'd never brought my vehicle to a dealer before because I was thinking it was a rip off, but I received a safety recall from Honda this week and so I came in to Greg May Honda of Waco and was happily suprise was thinking it was a rip off, but I received a safety recall from Honda this week and so I came in to Greg May Honda of Waco and was happily suprised. I was welcomed immediately by Christina Rosati in the service department who was a tremendous help with explaining what all needed to be done, and was provided a shuttle home for me while work began. Initially Honda notified me of only one recall issue, the passenger airbag,but Christina took the time to look it up and found a second recall issue with the srs, which I really appreciated. My accord was ready the next morning before 10 and again the shuttle came to my door to bring me back. I've got to say that I was wrong in my thinking about dealerships and looking at their rates for service I see that the rates are comparable with other places, so realizing no one knows your car, or can get the needed parts for it like the dealer does, I will now be bringing my car to Greg May from now on, (especially after having had some nightmare experiences with others CLAIMING to know what they were doing at my expense!!) I definitely recommend Greg May if you're anywhere around the waco area. 💯👌 More
